Abstract

Investment strategies depend on permissions, contractual routes and financial evidence. This study develops an integrated documentary workflow using three acquisition cases and comparative EU, US and UK legal analysis. Dated records distinguish economic exposure, conflicts rules, public constraints and assurance scope. Case application separates restructuring, repricing and termination. The contribution is provision-linked evidence coding, supported by reproducible rule checks. The conceptual framework does not predict investment outcomes.
